CloFree OS

CloFree OS is a Disturbed open source Operating System. It is compleltly a cloud storage OS, in which expect Operating system everything is stored in Cloud ,which is the future.

FEATURES:

As I mentioned above as it is an open source Operating System,it is completely secured.

· Data Storage: This is main feature/advantage of this OS, we will provide a storage memory in which net data can be store when available and use them whenever needed.

· Privacy: since it is 100% open source, every line of code is publically visible to all .

· As It is Disturbed Operating System, It can run on Embedded Systems devices whose operating system is typically built into the firmware and is highly tailored to the system. This includes routers, automation controls, smart home technology (like Google Nest),televisions (Samsung and LG Smart TVs use Tizen and WebOS, respectively), automobiles (for example, Tesla, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, and Toyota all rely on Linux), digital video recorders, video game consoles, and smartwatches which gives control over multiple device.

· Faster performance: As everything is stored in Cloud, we have only application running the background.

· Stable Software: as everything is open source,if any problem appears anyone can easily debug it.

· Open Source App Store: an app Store will be provoded with all the open source application, and also will provide a application to convert closed source application into open source.

· Desktop App: what you will see on phone is the same you will get on the PC.

· No Pre installed App: No unwanted application will be preinstalled.

· Wireless Transfer: you access all data of any of your device anywhere, anytime as everything is stored in Cloud.

· No Versions: we don’t provide any further version, only updates will be provide to improve the experience.

· Category: we will provide different category like: Business class, Student class, Engineering class(for engineering companies), etc….

· Full Control over Data: as everything is stored in Cloud, there is no way to misuse the user data in anyway and the user will have the full control over the data.

· Inter controllable: the device linked on the same cloud storage can be controlled one by the each other.

Market Demand:

We have a huge Market demand for this , as privacy as became an important feature in today’s world which is completely provided by our OS.

Relevant Products in the market:

There are many relevant Products in the market mainly Linux,Windows,Ubuntu,Mac OS.

Targeted Customers:

All People who use a device is our customer. We have a huge range of customer.

Estimated Budgets:

The estimated budgets to open this company and to do this project is $200 million.

Product Pricing:

It would be a bit costly , as we provide 100% privacy, the price is the price you pay for the privacy. Only the profit we earn is only at the point of sale and we don’t anymore after that.

The payment is of two different ways

1. Single payment.

2. EMI
Customers can pay their money as their wish by choosing this any one of this two types.

Marketing Plan:

My Marketing plan is to publish my product through Media, Gobal Conferance, Advertising in website and social media. The Marketing Slogan are “100% PRIVACY” , “DATA CONTROL IN HAND” , “UNLIMITED STORAGE”, “DATA BACKUP”, “MORE FASTER THAN EVER”, “ALL CONTROL IN ONE”

Risk Analysis:

There are only few risk to launch this product.

1. Price: the cost of the product will a bit costly, as it is completely open source and only the profit we earn is only at the point of sale and we don’t anymore after that. We will try as much as possible to reduce the cost

2. Missing Application : As our product is completely open souce, every closed source application cannot be provided by us.

Milestone and Timeline:

From the beginning of this project

After 1 year: OS gets ready.

1–2 year : Marketing Version and convert closed source applications to open source.

2–3 year: making tie ups with other company and 1M+ users.

3–4 year: providing Upgrades.

More milestones ahead.
